Located at the western edge of Petite-Rivière-Saint François's village (750 inhabitants), La Base is a public meeting point at the foot of Le Massif offering an unrestricted view of the St. Lawrence River. La Base is also the departure point for sea and mountain activities.
It is a crossroads for the project’s major intermodal elements: rail shuttle, open-air gondola and four-season lifts.
