January 22, 2025, Le Massif de Charlevoix highlights the importance of mental health as part of Bell Let’s Talk Day. Take part in this special day to support mental health and discover ways to make a positive impact.

  • 8:15 a.m.: Flag-raising ceremony 

  • 8:30 a.m.: Free hot chocolate at the summit chalet

As part of the national campaign, you can make a $5 donation by texting the keyword “JEUNES” to 45678. All proceeds will be donated to six organizations providing mental health services for young people.
