"In all weathers, in all seasons, the light and landscapes are unique and so beautiful. It's a constant wonderment," says Alice.

Next building phase
Real estate development at Le Massif is growing rapidly and is always done with respect for the unique mountain environment. "Being in the early stages of our growth, we have the opportunity to innovate and adapt to the growing market and ever-changing needs," emphasizes Alice.
The next project to materialize at Le Massif de Charlevoix is the development of employee residences, which will be ready for occupancy in December 2022.
