Summer dinner times: 8:00 p.m. (subject to availability)
Winter dinner times: 5:30 p.m. or 8:00 p.m. (subject to availability)

    • Duck liver mousse, sunflower crumble, arugula and berry chutney

    • Scallop tartar

    • Tomato tart, Déo Gracias cheese, fennel pesto

    • Soup

  • Main course (choose one (1) from among) :

    • Gnocchi, beets, spinach, hazelnut and Ciel de Charlevoix cheese

    • Roasted Arctic char fillet, cauliflower purée, tomatoes, beans and beurre blanc

    • Pork chop, potato, squash purée and sausage sauce

    • Duck breast, creamed corn, squash, Brussels salad, red wine sauce + $8.00

    • Nunavut tuna, beet purée, lentils, tomatoes, citrus sauce + $8.00

    • Grilled beef, root vegetable purée, seasonal vegetables with pepper sauce + $10.00

One (1) choice of menu for the entire group (starter and main course must be the same for the entire group). Possibility of adding choices: +$5.00 per person per option. Please inform us of your choices and quantities at least 15 days before the scheduled date.
