Camp Boule Buvette de Montagne goes into Summer Mode!

Camp Boule buvette de montagne

Chef David Forbes and his team are settling back at the highest peaks of Le Massif de Charlevoix, preparing for the seasonal reopening of Camp Boule buvette de montagne on Saturday, June 15 at 5:30 PM.

With the arrival of summer comes the fresh and vibrant local flavours that feature in the new menu of the restaurant, frequented by outdoor enthusiasts, food lovers, and those simply looking for a good time. The wine agency Sélections Oeno will be present for reopening night, offering samples of their private imports in a food and wine pairing tasting format.

Accessible from hiking and biking trails, by car, or via train and gondola, Camp Boule buvette de montagne is an unpretentious venue where fresh ingredients and wood-fired grills are highlighted. Guests can enjoy brunch, an aperitif, or dinner at sunset – according to the schedule in effect until October 27 – in the comfort of the dining room offering a constantly changing spectacle over the river.

Combine with the Train de Charlevoix and The Mechanical Bird!
For a full sensory experience, there's nothing better than the panoramic brunch package, which includes an excursion to the mountain aboard the Train de Charlevoix, a scenic ride on Le Massif gondola, and a brunch at Camp Boule featuring a verrine, a choice of main course, a mignardise, and a mimosa. A dinner-show package combining The Mechanical Bird show and a three-course meal with a choice of starters, main courses, and desserts is also offered during the nighttime activity season. Reservations are required for these packages.
